FIFA’s sponsorship structure for additional tournaments (which includes all tournaments except the FIFA World Cup™ and the FIFA Confederations Cup) is structured in two tiers:
6-8 FIFA Partners – Each FIFA Partner has worldwide rights to all of FIFA’s events. The Partner has exclusive rights to marketing assets, enhanced media exposure, and an association with FIFA’s special events and development initiatives.
Up to 6 National Supporters - The National Supporter is a level of sponsorship open to domestically owned companies whose principal place of business and principal operations are situated in the host country. This level of sponsorship is designed specifically for activation within the territory where the event is taking place and is therefore targeted at domestic corporations. Marketing rights for national supporters are granted on an exclusive basis in order to allow the National Supporter to more effectively and successfully exercise the rights granted to it without dilution by the involvement of third parties.
